Day 25 - Water Fowl
I remember this stage from the 30 day "Where I Live" side challenge, as I see apologies for shots that people think are boring, or not properly processed, or that they're unhappy with. I think that's pretty natural after focusing on something like conversions for 30 days straight. I know I haven't seen anything here that I thought someone should not have posted, or that was bad in some way, so -- for me -- I would say that no apologies or "Warning: bad image" tags are really needed here; there's been some great stuff, and lots of helpful tips both on images and in the thread.
I took the shot I posted today during a "failed" shooting trip yesterday; I'm not really happy with it . . .  (note the selective desat in the smiley  )

Day 24 (only one day late)
Another candid from Pennington Day (a local festival). This child and his wild hair and emotive face and general appearance just intrigued me. I've included the color version too ... cuz the hair just glows in color.
