Gee you did well mate, to start late, and then to catch up, and have some excellent candids, plus some great archectural shots, in this "30 day challenge" in "black and white" images.

looks like you couldnt get rid of me so easily !!!
and just to finish up on a extreme note, i'm posting 4 photographs that i took today at parents group, three are very similar, but the expressions on the childrens faces is quite different .. used my new canon lens that i'm thinking was definitely the right choice ... i'm still learning and will be for a long time i reckon .. these images are a lot better than i could have done with the tamron ...

I'm all in! Day 31 for me, this has been really great, not enough time to take in all the shots or offer thoughts and comments, I've been really impressed with the skill and creativity out there. Let's do it again? Maybe in a few months, haha

Day 31 -  Called "Passion"
Well, I decided to join some of my fellower DPC members, and add another image to complete this "30 Day Black and White" challenge, as May has 31 days, and not 30. so here is my bonus image..... Enjoy. Yes, it just had to be an Agave plant.....

Well, gang - it has been wonderful. You all rock. I have seen some of the most amazing photos during this challenge. Also I have learned so much from many of you!! In addition, you're all just a really nice bunch of people. Finishing these side challenges is like going home from camp after forging incredible bonds.
But! There are more side challenges coming up, which I am looking forward to and I will see y'all in the forums. And Blue Ribbons to all!

I'm ending this great challenge with another shot of the Maine hotel that was abandoned. Wonder why?
It's been great. So great that I decided to jump into the ordinary objects group. See you there, maybe?

Sad though it is, this challenge has come to an end, I apologise for my lack of helpfull comments but I think everyone has totally improved their B&W photography. I know I have. It was great to meet some new friends too and look forward to seeing your work maybe in another challenge.. God bless.
