Wunderbar! And what's better it seems the publisher/agency did everything totally legit, paid for it, put Oliver's name on the inside cover etc.
Everyone has benefitted here.

Publisher got a photo for $0.25c - $0.30c (perhaps more depending on license).
They saved thousands of Euro's no doubt in hiring photog, days to get the right shot, PP etc.
Oliver may well get more commissions from same or other agents/publishers etc or more downloads via his stock portfolios.
No law suits!
