Starting off with a couple of 6's. Looked over the entries but not voted myself yet. I'm going to have to give a lot of thought to some of these before voting.

My sole vote was a 4... oh well, I did what the challenge said and think I ended up with a pretty good shot for following the rules. I'm voting most high with 6s and 7s if they ended up producing what I would call a nice image after processing. Abstract or concrete doesn't matter to me.
I think though some people forgot that their camera will autofocus even if your eyes are closed. It wasn't close your eyes and manually zoom and manually focus :)

siting with 2 5's.. even with my eyes closed I shoot a 5 LOL
And Spiffy, yeah I can't believe some of these actually did close their eyes... maybe after they framed up and focused the shot.. LOL |

Well above my average...
There are two that I could not rate, I don't believe they were taken with their eyes closed (at least as far as the challenge seems to indicate). One could be a crop of a larger blunder perhaps and I might change my mind on it. But the other they probably technically closed their eyes while it was taken... on a tripod for a 20-30 seconds... who knows... |

| At 5.6 after 5 votes. Some really nice shots. Or have they just tilted the frame to make it look like there eyes were closed? ;) |
