Started at 5.0 and is slowly decreasing since then... obviously the average voter uses different criteria than mine! For me a 6 is for an ok photo, a 5 for a slightly ugly photo, a 4 for a really ugly photo. I don't give lower votes unless an entry really looks made for the brown. I use 7 and higher votes for pictures I like very much. Having said that, I honestly think that according to my scale, the vote I deserve is between 5 and 6. Anyway, I don't care, I'm here to exercise and improve, not to reach any specific average!
