Uh, you believe in making your text readable by using short paragraphs with white space between them? Remember that screen space is cheaper than paper -- feel free to carry on ... ;-)

In many ways, the easiest way to do this is to create a new file in photoshop (open>new) with a white background and a page size the same as your calendar page size. Save this as "Calendar BG" and keep it open. Now open the image you want to put in the calendar, flatten it if it has layers, select all, and copy. Click on the blank white file and paste. Then scale the pasted image (edit>transform>scale) to what you want it to be within the white background, and save-as "Calendar January" or whatever. Then open a new copy of "Calendar BG", a new image, and repeat as above.

Sounds like it should do the trick, thanks Bear!

Oh btw...I don't sell my calendars. They're my Xmas gifts to friends and family. So everyone on my Nice list gets one :-)

Just a quick follow-up for those Canucks who might want to think about using Henry's for calendars. I got mine and a quite happy with the results, though there are a couple of pics where some detail was lost in heavy shadow, so I should have done some dodging there just to be on the safe side. Still, at least they don't do any colour adjustments to the image, as promised.

And yes I followed Robeart's steps as outlined below and had no problems with the sizing of images.

As per my knowledge,Windows has a built in Art program, you can use to change the sizes of images or you can use photoshop Photoshop CS4 where you can sizing the images for calender as per your choice.
