If I open an image, I've just downloaded from my camera, changed the color and levels, however, DO NOT save it and I do this a few times,
my question is the RAW image still as intact [ that is to say- looks
exactly as shot] as they were originally? Or does uncompressing and compressing them destroy any attributes? |

If you have not saved any changes, you have not written any information, only read what's there. You should be fine.
it's strongly suggested that you make a copy of your ifle before you begin any editing, because if you forget and hit "save", it's all over.
