I've always felt like Iceland was a haunted place for me. Several times I planned a trip to the land of ice and fire, but each time I had some problems. But not this time. I spent 10 days at the beginning of March to film this video. Very cold days, but no snow, but of course ice in some areas, especially at the majestic Skogafoss waterfall.

This is Iceland - Infinite Horizons

And remember, not only is the magnificent imagery by Alessandro, so is the perfect music!

Great shot of the wrecked plane, how did you manage to find breaks in the constant wind to fly the drone? Iceland is not just the land of ice and fire but also of very persistent strong wind.

I didn't notice any shots of the ice on the beach, there wasn't any?

Thanks Johanna, I forgot to say that music is mine too! But I have to say another important thing - you suggested me the title which is perfect for the video!

Mavic Air 2 is strong enough for most scenarios. At Vestrahorn I've had problems and risked to lose the drone, but I guess it was a mix between cold and wind, since the wind was strong but not enough to explain the behavior of the drone. Only one day at Reynisfjara wind was so powerful that I couldn't even try. It was a constant 80kmh. You can see the black sand dancing in one of the last sequences.

No ice at all at Diamond Beach. Also in Jokulsarlon there were few icebergs, that's why I used only a couple of sequences of that place which was not as powerful as in other years. Fjallsarlon was in much better conditions.
