If a DPC falls in the forest, would anyone know?
Last night, around midnight EDT, I went to check on DPChallenge before turning in, only to find the site was unavailable. Thinking, hmm, nothing set for rollover. Nope. Just a blip? Not sure.
Went to the old (non-affiliated) DPChallenge Facebook page and nothing current there in the last few years ...
Checked in here this morning - no news, no posts, no questions - like it never happened.
So, if a DPC falls in the forest, would anyone know? |

| I was getting an SSL error from Chrome and it wouldn't let me get to the site. It's back now ;-) |

| I couldn't get in for quite some time. My first "message" let me to believe it was one of those "site owner forgot to re-up" on something things. |

| I noticed, but I̢۪m not much of a Facebook user, so I couldn̢۪t find the Facebook page to post anything to ask. So I texted Spiff to see if he could get in. Just in case it was just me. |

| I'm pretty sure it's not the first time an expired security certificate has temporarily blocked the site -- Firefox explained what it was ... |

The question was not the why, but perhaps a realization that something was amiss.
Appears to me that there may have been a whisper that echoed softly through the trees. |

| I saw it didn't work and checked on FB and no posts. But then I came back to DPC and the site was ok. So it fell in the forest but I knew it :D |

Help grow the forest. Mine is starting off thin. Can you add a few more?
I wonder if we can do this progressively, without getting to full-blown forest status for a little while? :-) |
