A challenge where no one knows the challenge topic, until after the challenge begins.

Then it's revealed for all the scorers to pick on you.

So do you feel lucky? With apologies to Clint Eastwood.

That's unfair to non-psychics!

Yeah, I'll be extremely crazy and do one with a rubber duck, 5 green grapes, water.... oh crap, it's already been done!

Along these lines, I thought it would be interesting to have a challenge where maybe the bottom 75% of challenge entries (past challenges) are put together with no information with them and all the challenge titles are listed and you have to match each photo to the challenge it was entered in.

there'll be a lot of "does not meet the challenge" comments, though.

If you took a picture of a dog and the challenge topic was revealed as "Fish", I think you'd be able to tell if it meets the challenge or not.

This challenge would rock !....

Though I have to say, I'd hate to see the hit everyones average score would take. I think it'd have to be a pretty specific challenge topic for it to work - i.e if it was something like landscape, then half the people would meet the challenge anyway, and the fun would go out the window.

Why give people even more encouragement and power to be negative toward images? It's bad enough that some people have to defend and verify their shots as it is.
