I'm looking to set up a tabletop studio for myself. What would you recommend for lighting and anyother equipment I might need?

Also, any pictures of your setups would be helpful as well.

actually depends what you plan on shoooting ;)

plants ? moving objects ?
clothing ? fruit ? rubberduckies ? woodies ?
lights .. hotlights or flash(es) or even candles

things
white & black cardboard (i use large sheets of matte board before i start framing )
tinfoil, lots of stands & clamps & tripods
mirrors, sheets of glass, plastic (see your local hardware store)
