I'm ready to quit, this is the highest score I've ever seen on my own entry. Hope it stays up for at least a top ten(even though I'm sure some ones will start getting thrown at me soon)

Well, just in case people think the scores posted are too high, I thought I'd chime in.
I woke up happily surprised to a half decent 5.4 at 21 votes. 5 votes later, teetering precariously on that psychological edge between "Argh" and "Really Bad". I can't wait to see the distribution.

i just got a comment on mine saying i used pink instead of purple. on my home computer and my pda it is very purple but on my work computer it does look pink. I thought this would be my best scorer but so far it is my worse and that is saying something. every morning I wake up to these terrible scores is like waking up on christmas to find your brother got a new train set and you got a pair of socks. |

It didn't stick :-p it has been popping back and forth between 6.0 and 6.4 this morning. Maybe I can hope on staying above 6.

Same here. I think I'm finding out what pleases the late night/early morning crowd but not the late morning/afternoon crowd and unfortunately there are probably a lot more of the latter. As such my entry has dropped a full 1.2 points with the last 28 voters. Any chance I can serve these groups two different images???

Agreed, that is typical with early voting, certainly with my image that dropped over .7 from early voting. But after 54 votes your view is probably correct.
A gracious and perhaps misguided voter or two pushed mine back up slightly above 6. I never have lofty goals... if I score above 6 I'm OK with that. I hate wasting voter time with images they like less than 6.
In my voting scheme a 6 is decent but not really good.

I only have one score over 6 so far since my start on dpc in december.
Now I started with 5 after 10 votes this morning.

And now, the numbers look like this:
