It could also be good to line up a few exhibitions in Sydney and spend the day looking at photos rather than taking them. There are two on at the Australian centre for Photography linky at the moment that I want to see - both are on till May 26th and are free. And theres usually something cool at the State Library
and add to that lots of cool little places in Balmain and Newtown. I'm sure we could come up with a day where we barely have time to look through a viewfinder

I like this idea. I never seem to find the time to go to these and going with a group of like-minded photogs would be fun.

I bet we couldn't go thru an exhibition without scoring & commenting on the images:)

I like that idea to, i think that make an interesting and different day, do we have any dates then....

Wow, you learn something everyday. I always thought it meant "good to go", like a group of people who were all good to go somewhere and take photos. OK, it sounds stupid now that I know what it really means, but it worked for me. :)

I won't be able to make it, sorry. I have a friend visiting from overseas. We'll be up on the Central Coast on that weekend though, so if I see an enthusiastic group of photographers I'll run away, oops I mean say hi. :)

Hi Scott and everyone. I'm sorry I missed the previous Sydney GTG but I was overseas. I am back and prepared to participate. Normally weekends are best for me. BTW I will be in Terrigal 12-15 June. The Central Coast is good for me.

Hey Scott, I hope we can catch up soon. Regards to Michelle. I just now got back from Mike's place (2300hr AEST). They are off tomorrow (28 May). As usual they have lots of last minute dramas but all is good now, maybe...

Hi Lisa, I live in Sydney (Coogee) but visiting the Army Holiday Resort 'Bulwarra' in Terrigal with my family and extended family (in-laws) on the dates mentioned above. I would love the opportunity to get away and talk photography. Meet somewhere for coffee perhaps? Or a DPC GTG?

Cheers

I'm good for a Central Coast GTG on Sat 16 or Sun 17 June. Even if no shooting a get together and chat about DPC and photography would be good too.

Cheers
