Check out this- just quickly off of a simple google search.

Im betting the McCain camp is using some interesting html that is catching the spam blockers for some reason... Certain companies get frequently "blacklisted".... meaning that anything sent from them gets marked as spam. I suppose its possible that one of them is trying to use html similar to that of the McCain camp. If thats the case, chances are its catching both your message and the spam unfortunately.

I'll check out the link...
I checked my email and an email from McCain came in on July 4th and it did not have the spam label so I would have gotten it if I had spam block on...
...however, the next email came in and it DID have the Spam label...this was on July 11th.
My McCain email and Obama email seem to have the same type of graphics and links. None of Obama's have ever been tagged.
I'll watch to see how this goes.
On another note...I asked SC to move this to the rant so it will likely stop showing up on the front page. You may have to look in the 'rant' section to reply.

this really is one of the more inane threads in quite a while. Go ahead - notify all the major news outlets, minor ones as well. When one of them picks it up let us know.

Actually that appears to possibly be a valiant team attempt at equine CPR/Advanced Cardiac Life Support -- though the one with the defibrillator seems a little hazy anatomy-wise ... |

You might want to consider emailing the McCain campaign and letting them know of the situation. If they're concerned they'll contact Cox and figure out what the real problem is and get it resolved.
On a side note... Bozo? Did you really just call someone Bozo? Who says that?? lol |

No, I'm sorry, you're right, I mean this is surely the biggest scandal since ...well...ever in the history of politics.
The liberal media undermining the great John McCain's presidential campaign with spam filters. Whatever could be up their evil liberal sleeves next? Sound the alarms. Alert Fox News! Get Rush Limbaugh a bottle of Vicodan! Bring in the neo-con goon squad! Get to the bottom of this and expose the bias in the liberal media for the sham it is!

I saw an episode of Seinfeld where George was asking a "birthday party clown" if he ever heard of Bozo. George couldn't believe it when the clown said he didn't know who Bozo was ! So I now find myself saying "Bozo" once in a while !
I'll keep the thread up to date with any news on the spam.

Typical. First off the man asked not to turn this into a Obama vs Mccain thing, which you clearly did not understand. Second, when you respond about a presidential candidates email, it would help if you spell all of your words correctly, as it reflects ignorance and lack of education on the person you support. Finally, if you don't think this is a big deal or a problem, I'm willing to bet you are in favor of illegal immigrants coming to this country illegally, and then having our taxpayer dollars support their health care, unemployment, and anything else the government feels it should give them for free, and all the while they never paid a cent into it, and probably still do not pay taxes, as they are probably getting paid under the table, since the employer cannot show an illegal immigrant on their payroll. If this is the type of country you want, start a new thread about it, and keep the ignorance there.
This is a big deal. If you are blocking one candidates email and not the other, then it is not right. If you can't figure that out for yourself, then you living in a dreamworld. It's like saying Shell and Chevron are having a sale on gas, but you only get the Chevron emails because someone with the right authority and power at Cox supports Chevron and not Shell. Now, Shell is selling their gas at .50 less a gallon than Chevron, but because the Shell emails are considered spam, you don't get them. So here you are, spending .50 more a gallon for gas than you need to be. Is that fair? Compare apples to apples, and actually have something to back yourself up before running your mouth on an issue you probably really don't know much about. I'm willing to bet that if your only 17, you really don't know the depth of all the issues, and haven't been living long enough to have enough experience to understand the big picture.

| If the mccain machine can't figure out how to get his email threw spam filters how is he going to run a country? Maybe the guy on the grassy knoll is doing it? |
