I found this quite striking.
The only thing which puzzled me slightly was the harshness of the PP, but I guess postprocessing goes with the intent, and the intent can be very personal.

It looks like this would be a halloween picture, but because of the dates required for the challenge, I know it's not. So the fact that there was a kid dressed like this is different (unless it was set up this way).
I like the black and white. There is a bit of graininess that is intriguing, the blurred background plays well with the foreground. |
