What makes this visually appealing in the shapes and lines the ebb and flow as you so call attention to in the title. There is a strong sense of floating as we see the tiny tenticles dance and flow in the water. My only critique is that it could use a bit more contrast to deepen the shadows such that the midtones and highlights of the jellyfish pops more off the backdrop.

Very cool, translucent shot. Love the lines, the curves, the detail and softness. The black and white was a brilliant choice. Well done!
