 This is my first entry into a challenge after switching from my Nikon D3100 to my new Canon 1100D. I was hired by someone overseas to shoot one of my favourite models, Laura, playing his original character, a tough assassin chick named Jane. This was just an extra shot I set up with my male model friend Jay (who was providing me with replica guns for Laura.) We were in Edinburgh for the shoot and there's a very old cemetary there with this brilliant shadowed alcove which I love to shoot in, a simple reflector becomes like a lighting kit in there, lol. I liked the results, although I think this style will totally bomb here on dpc, haha. I've not been very well all this month and subsequently barely been shooting, so I've had very little to choose from for the free study. I'm thinking this might even wind up in the bottom 40. Hopefully not though!

That looks a lot like Eliza Dushku. Nice shot though. Really captures the action and intensity, and yet the fear and longing in her eyes.
