 multiple captures of the chair and plastic strips being blown about by a fan from behind to get the basic scene

captures stacked using Canvas X, cropped and rendered, then a lot of "smudging" to get the wispy effect

resulting image exported as TIFF, and opened in Color Efex
-B&W conversion
-enhance detail
-soft focus/diffusion
-cool glamour glow

resulting image opened in Capture NX2
-minimize highlights in lower right corner of wall and window
-size and save for DPC submission

interesting ghost, but too dark. (yes, i know, ghosts, dark, spooky, but still, they don't NEED to be that dark).
