| the white patch in the front is too noticeable - the image is very nice |

| I feel the face position is a little forced.... usually It is not nice to cut the iris (pupila) of the eyes. Nice idea! |

| Nice subject. Composition is decent. A little flat. Maybe add some contrast? Nice though. |

| nice photo though personally the reflection on the hair looks a bit strange... cropping it would change that but thats more a personal feeling |

| I love the effect on this. Great eyes on the subject, great expression. The letters on the shirt are a little distraction. Very pretty in black and white. |
