 the exif date is wrong - took this at the end of June. little Nikon had lain dormant for so long and I neglected to check and reset its date. was thinking of entering it in one of the challenges otherwise.

Meant to say that you have to work very hard to get this point and shoot out of the box: it will not negotiate its righteousness.

Was about to comment on the right side when I saw this reply, if the window had gone to the top of the image I'd be happier. The movement and pastel colours are painterly, you must print this and hang it on your wall!

Julianne, I kept that stuff on the right on purpose: it tells you there is a window, it tells you how some of the light might and might not be making its way to the flowers. I had versions without it, but I got bored...

Hmmmm, not sure about the blue on the right and the bit in the lower right corner. The blur, colors, and murkiness are great.
