 My son had his cello concert, so I thought I would take a few of the band with a slow shutter speed, I quite liked the result.

One of those "needs to be much bigger" images - and the irony is that the thumb almost gives a better sense of the activity here than the opened image. At any rate, I like it very much and find it the perfect blend of blur and focus. Voted earlier.

This looks more like camera motion theme not subject in motion theme since all the subjects and the background are in motion.

love the idea. really love the idea. but the execution falls a little short for me. the more i look at it (and i've been looking at it over a minute, now), the more i'm taken in by it, but i feel like i'm doing more work wondering what could have been, rather than appreciating what was.
