 I really appreciate all of the great comments and votes. This is a bed of salvia captured using a ND4 filter and a polarizer to get a long exposure at high noon (the only chance I had to get out).

The first time i looked at it, i passed it by with an average score. In my second run, i stayed longer because ( i m a newb so take this with a grain of salt) it had texture that reminded me of canvas. The blend of color and the texture were pretty nice.
