Taken in RAW, adjusted WB (White Point), then saved as JPEG, autolevels, more contrast, curves, and USM.

It's a vacuum tube from my AH! CD player. Tubes were used in old radios, TVs before transistors were invented.

I find the black across the top of frame a little distracting, would have prefered a fade to grey.. The shot is well composed, and the valve takes up jsut the right amount of the image for a solid 1/3rds layout. 7

This looks very professional but not very interesting to me, because I have no idea what it is. Interesting shape. I'm assuming it's a light bulb of some sort.

Very good lighting in this shot to match the coloring of the fuse itself. This came out really great - nice job!

The shadow from this indicates it has overhead lighting although I like the composition and the intrigue in the subject.
