 Taken in Coolangatta Queensland, they have some of the most glorious sunsets there, this was by far not the best shot I took, I had a load of others but all with dust specks on them :(

If you look closely you can see some flare from smoke, there was a fire somewhere over the horizon!

Beautiful range in this photo, from the dirt up front to the trees a mile away, i like the layers of light, and clouds in this image. Good luck!

A nice, strong, almost silhouette and lovely light. I like the contrast between the heavy, solid looking trunks, lower branches and rocks and light, misty look of the wispy small tree behind the rock and the distant shoreline. Voted earlier.

lovely and serene. it looked even better on a dark monitor. would be very dramatic with some multiply blending if you play with it in the future.

Voted earlier coming back to comment and bump up.

Love the soft muted light captured here - makes me think of a a soft and warm breeze as the sun sets on a day that was well spent by the water. The tree does indeed seem to be leaning towards the sunset and it is the perfect invitation to go lean upon the strong trunk and watch the sun set over the water. Very lovely and nicely composed.
