Title alone's worth the price of admission. And somehow it brings me to the archaic "kine". Don't ask me why, I don't know.
The Oxen
Christmas Eve, and twelve of the clock.
"Now they are all on their knees,"
An elder said as we sat in a flock
By the embers in hearthside ease.
We pictured the meek mild creatures where
They dwelt in their strawy pen,
Nor did it occur to one of us there
To doubt they were kneeling then.
So fair a fancy few would weave
In these years! Yet, I feel,
If someone said on Christmas Eve,
"Come; see the oxen kneel
"In the lonely barton by yonder coomb
Our childhood used to know,"
I should go with him in the gloom,
Hoping it might be so.
Thomas Hardy
Have we gone adrift yet? |

You gave yourself a way with the title, but you look too young here!
A very innocent picture, but your eyes are entering me and it make me uncomfortable (but that is a good thing). |

This is you peeking through that hole in the girls locker room. That's right, I read your high school transcripts. :P |

I like the masking, and the slight motion blur. There is an excellent juxtaposition of the mystery of the mask, and the clearly stated (visible, well-lit) eyes. |

Are you looking down at me, or am I looking up at you? |

the eyes and face are almost painter like, not enough going on in the picture to keep my interest, like the yellow tones on this |
