I panned past the windows of the house across the street to get some blur, then cropped. Then of course I PP the crap out of it. Flip'n'blend, then used that as an original to Warp w/blending layers. The final 2 layers are 2 different colors of BW. The final tweaks are hours & days apart, like aftershocks.

Thanks for all the comments (a record number of comments for me) & the favs & the BLING! Thanks to you (thank you!) I have a new photo on my profile page. I like it a lot, myself.

I do hope you have this printed and hanging somewhere. I revisit it from time to time and keep trying to add it as a favorite again.

I didn't see this before. Just now, because Posthumous posted it to a thread. It is beautiful! I am blown away. I love it.

Added: I also love what you posted in the Flying Pig thread, about time and space and photography. It is that kind of thinking that I would so love to do all the time, and it is from those spaces where I most want to make my photos, regardless of what's correct or proper or whatever photography. You are speaking beautiful words. Thank you.

Added #2: And you are [indirectly?] encouraging me to go out and try new things, try to find that vision that is so elusive, and yet so real and so within my grasp and so far at the same time. Man, I am all happy about trying more now! Thanks again!

Very cool abstract. It does have a window like form to it, whether or not it really is a window, I don't know. Doesn't really matter as much ucner expert rules, though.
