 My father's U.S. Army Air Corps uniform, circa 1944. He enlisted at the age of 17 and trained as a navigator on B-29 Super Fortress long range bombers for use in the Pacific Theatre. Fortunately, he and his crew never saw action as the war ended on 15 August 1945.

I tried photographing just the jacket on a hanger, but it didn't work. I finally talked my oldest son Charlie to put it on and 'model' for me. It worked much better and the connection of Grandfather and Grandson worked well for me.

Good comp and textures. Don't think the buttons have changed much - mine were like them in 1968 as far as I can recall.
