Voted earlier coming back to comment.
Processing on the HDR/Topaz is a little too much for me. The composition might be better if it was scaled back a bit to give a more natural look, but that is just me. The picture has strong bones and looks like it captured alot of people having fun but the processing doesn't allow it to truly shine because the contrast between highlights and shadows is a bit overcooked. Without the title to give a clue I wouldn't know what was being done 'wrong'. It is always better to 'show don't tell'. The title tells us what to look for rather than the picture itself conveying the idea. Lastly, there are so many subjects in the shot who is it that is 'hiding' from there boss - it is just a sea of people with no one as a standout for 'you're doing it wrong'. If all the people were dressed in red and one was in another color, say black or green, it would be easy to spot who should be hiding. |

Nice. It's fun finding the people that don't get the wave :)
I'm not a fan of the over baked processing, but in this challenge, it's fine. |

I don't get the "wrong" part, as "you" are not identified or standing out in any way. But I love this picture and its repeating pattern. Great shot |
