Tough decision this week. Decided to choose this one, but when interested, have a look at my week 3 - outtake.

What a cutie! He's eyes draw me right in. Have you tried a square close crop?

Great point of view and a wonderful expression. The shallow depth of field is beautiful. It̢۪s a pity the tip of his ear is cropped but it doesn̢۪t take away from a lovely portrait. I do, however, prefer your outtake as the lighting effects really appeals to me.

Great DOF on the eyes, draws my eyes to his. Suitable title for the top down typical begging POV. I prefer low POV and at their height so the out-take is preferred.

Great expression - love those eyes. Wish the ear was not clipped . . .

Ah, yes. I prefer this shot. But when I saw the other one, I thought it was a shot of Hoover's back end, which might have made an interesting entry into the portfolio itself....maybe another week.

Both pretty good, probably like the Ferrari better because it seems more contextual.

I love the focus on his eyes - it hasn't been impeded by the fur. He looks like a lovely little fella.

So cute! How can you refuse anything he asks for? Love the reflections/lights in his eyes.

Oh what a little darling .. I wonder if you can bump up the white balance a tad without losing any detail? Keep them coming as I love watching puppies grow up even if I don't get to snuggle them.

You wish! But then, I'm a cat person so what do I know? On your picture I like the expression, and quite interestingly this a photograph in which you're not shooting down on Westie, but rather he is looking up. The gray expanse on the side does not add much - have you tried to crop it as a portrait?
