this shot was anything but relaxing...it took two cigars, two beers, and about 40 shots. the camera was on a 5" tripod. i'd pop the shutter, then have 10 seconds to race back to my seat, puff up a cloud, and hold still. my wife was laughing so much, she was hardly able to help...

I feel your pain in taking this shot! I did a neg spc shot with my husband as my model, and it took some "doing". The only thing that immediately comes to mind on this shot is, what would it look like in black and white? I like the concept, and the composition, but find the color distracting. But then again, I'm a sucker for black and white.

Nice shot, my 2 cents would suggest cropping out all of the grass and the wall, would make a nicer shot imho and the silhouette would really stand out.

The light on the wall behind the person is a bit distracting, although I like the light on the grass.
