Ahhhh Chicadees are my favorite birds. Such cheerful little things.
This image makes it very easy to identify the bird. The composition is good, with the size bird filling enough of the frame and the good use of thirds. I like the diagonal branch too.
The line in the window is distracting, and I probably would have cropped out the top of the window frame, since it is an unnecessary detail.
The texture on the tree is good.
Ideally a little catchlight in the eye, would add some appeal. You could try flash fill to see how that works next time. It may end up being too much, but worth the try.
Overall I like this.
Regards,
Grayce |

Nice close up. Love the depth of field (or the lack thereof). Good job. Jacko 9 |

I think that there is too much window in this, nice picture of bird though. |

Nice bird. Too bad about the window behind him. Because of the angle, it will always look tilted at least one way. Good shot. - Inspzil |

I like this shot, just can't decide if I would like it better if the bird was zoomed a bit closer without the trunk of the tree. Good job getting the bird in focus, but I don't like the noise in the windows. Still great shot. 7.
Take my comments for what they are worth for I am just a novice with a new camera. Dodo |

Shame the window couldn't be in focus too. This is an awesome bird shot and going in my favorites. He is beautiful. I love how the tree frames the one side. Great cropping. Execellent composition and good execution. Great job. 8 PTL |
