DNMC voters, read the challenge description again.

Anyway - my first try at this much editing, but quite pleased with the results. This version, where one copy partially overlaps the other, was so much more pleasant and believable result than just a blind "DMC" flip ;).

Oliver I'm sorry but it was raining the whole week here and sitting in the back seat it's hard to reach the wipers :).

Post challenge, thanks for the votes and comments! Klkitchens, I hope you liked it, at least :). Think of this as a symmetrical object, placed in the real world.

You said: "DNMC voters, read the challenge description again."

And I did... it reads: "Your photo must be made up of two or more copies of the same photo flipped to create a symmetrical image"

The image you created is not symmetrical.

Congrats on getting a great score nevertheless!

This is so well done, Tome. The interior is so sharp and clear and perfectly done, and then through the rain-soaked windshield it's a real scene, which is a mind-bender. The hand brake as well. Awesome.

At first glance I wasn't that impressed, but after taking a closer look....Wow!

I love that you kept the original view through the windshield. It makes the scene that much more believable!

Nice job!

Clever composition - I can't find where the image is joined - that's impressive. Well done.

Unfortunately, not completely symmetrical. THe dash and steering wheels are great, but the stick, brake, and exterior force this into DNMC territory :(

Had to give this a 1 for DNMC. Normally I would -3 but since in this case, the theme was a hard and fast rule totally within the control of the photographer, I'm forced to be a little more harsh.
