I like the concept and setup.It seems tilted. He looks straight and level but the equipment in the back makes it seem off. could be just the angle of the shot. Also the toning is not favourable. If it was a more common green or blue..perfect..this is caught in the middle of the two colours.

Excellent, Typically don't like this type of color cast, but it works here with the shirt and warm light on the subject's face. Well done.

More than just the face, but the story too...despite being in landscape orientation it does work. The use of Tungsten WB is very now.
