Taken at the mausoleum of the Mountain View Cemetery, this was one of the 15 or so models who participated in my friend Marjorie Salvaterra's latest image for her Her series. We were all dressed like this - a gang of women in fright wigs and moonie bride tunics. The light in this side wing was magnificent, and our weird costumes just sort of added a quirky weirdness which I so enjoy. I'm certain this is too "out there" for most DPCers, but what the heck.

Thank you, Don, for adding this to your gallery. I love the spread between the average and the commenters! And yes, I think that cannonshooter's observation is correct.

This was my other option. I like it a lot, but I'm feeling ornery and contrarian these days.

Lovely image - I think canonshooter may be on to something. I gave it a 7 and I know the fact that the woman was so important held me back a bit.

You've got things in a row, but the photo seems to be all about the woman, and the compartments just happened to be there, almost as an after thought.
