Critique Club Critique
(1) COMPOSITION (CONTENT) ΓΆ€“ Very good composition. I like the way the trees frame the scene. The curve of the road is nice, adding to effect of drawing me into the photo and heading for the sunset.
(2) BACKGROUND ΓΆ€“ Very good. While you may have taken the shots, I would like to see a slightly darker sky for comparison. It might bring out the feeling of loneliness a little more.
(3) CAMERA WORK ,TECHNICAL ΓΆ€“ Very good. I see no recommended changes. Good choice on the portrait format.
(4) DIGITAL PROCESSING ,TECHNICAL - Very good. I see no recommended changes.
(5) MY OPINION ON THE PHOTO ΓΆ€“ Quite good. As I said above though, my first reaction to it is that the sky is a tad too light for the mood you want to convey. Still, a very good photo.

| A very beautiful sky. I really like the color there. The color of the bottom of the photo though (car lights?) doesn't really appeal to me though. Definately portrays a lonely night. You did a great job capturing that. The angle and framing/cropping is good, I think it looks ok if you were to crop a bit of the bottom off too. I like the silhouetted trees. Good luck in the challenge. |

| Gorgeous! I love the composition - the curve of the road and the snow and the sunset and the dark trees silouetted against the light sky. Makes me really want to be there. |

| Great shot. The first one I've viewed so far that I would consider worthy of an album cover (although the challenge didn't state that as I requirement I'm still considering it). The title and artist could go at the bottom. The photo has great atmosphere, colour and focus with no noticeable defects. |

| Good all around photo and idea. Needs a point of interest to draw in your attention. The tire tracks help... Perhaps a single person walking about a third of the way down the road? |
