 Taken at a wildlife area in the Cleveland Metroparks. The lily pads brought to mind Monet's Water Lilies. After capturing several shots of the pond and water lilies, I cut and paster the best shot of the lilies onto the best shot of the pond, and blended them in. Adjustments were made for levels and color balance, followed by cropping and dodge and burn. Then I used a Paint Daubs filter and a Canvas texturizer to give it the look of an Impressionist painting.

Good choice of texture & very nice colors. The aspect ratio & camera angle work together well here. It would be fun to print this & hang it in the museum next to Monet.
