 A sandpiper of some sort caught mid-turn in flight over a swampy area, ergo the relatively still water.

Also tried to shoot swallows in this area but they're so damned fast, nearly impossible to track in the air. The piper was slower and flew a more reliable pattern so he was the perfect choice. And much prettier too!
