Well what a nice anniversary present to receive! I feel so incredibly fortunate to ribbon alongside my two other fave pic's in this challenge,I thought with my score maybe 5th or 6th, so glad it placed, I really had no idea how it would go, like I stated above, (and judging by first and second place mine does seem a little out of place, but that's not really my fault - so thanks to all those who helped me get this far - you know who you are ;)

It's actually the tip of a dracena plant, taken with a slow shutter speed, edited in CEP.

Congratulations on the ribbon, Anita - as you know, this was a fine entry in my opinion and I am glad to see some strong colors sharing the spotlight with the equally appealing misty, fading ones. It's always nice to see a result that indicates voters were open to a variety of interpretations of a topic.
