Greetings from the Critique Club :)
This photo offers an excellent 'surreal' mood with the shallow tonal range and the contrasts of the rocks and the fog. To be quite honest, I don't think I would change a thing about it... I really like it just the way you have presented it here. For a 'critique club' comment on this work, I am at a loss.
Like I said, I think the shallow tonal range in this image is what gives this photo its great character...
Keep up the good work!

Very interesting, dark and weird. It reminds me of a painting... it's called "The Wanderer above the Mists" by Caspar David Friedrich (I just looked that up in a book of mine), although there is no wanderer in this photo. The viewer is put in that position.
However, there isn't enough tonal depth. Some work on the levels in this image would give it a lot of impact. It also has a very small file size, suggesting that you compressed it too much when you saved it.
Here is what I got when I tried fiddling with it, adjusting the levels and sharpening it, but the amount of compression has hurt it.

| How creepy is this? This has a different appeal than any of the pics I've seen so far. But it is no less great. With something for a minor focal point, I'd have to give it a 10, but I'd take a nine...I hope you feel the same. - Inspzil |

| I love shots like this. The abstract, layered look is very well captured. I would prefer to see it brightened up and saturated a little more. I think I would have framed the scene a little more to the right to show more of the bright area on that side. As it is it is just a little too dark for me but it is still very interesting. 7 -Tim |

| Looks like such a cool place to shoot. Needs more saturation and contrast b/c it seems a little too grey as is. More light and more of a true silhouette would be awesome. 9 |
