 This dish is really not from a specific recipe. Being in college, I find that I usually throw together a meal from whatever is in the fridge at the time. Today's meal was a chicken sandwich that I grilled. I toasted the bread and also fried an egg and put a healthy scoop of peanut butter on the bread. I've always heard of peanut butter and an egg on a burger, but all I had was chicken so chicken it is! I also prepared steamed peas with another egg and seasoned it with sweet chili sauce. This is a recipe of "find any food available and experiment to taste." By the way, I really enjoyed the peanut butter/fried egg chicken sandwich and will be preparing it again.

I like the steam from the peas, just wish the chicken was in focus, also the harsh shadow detracts from the image, had great potential IMHO.
