I did give this a 7 btw :) No mean feet to get still head and blurred wings. Was I wrong about the captive bird? Or is the bird tagged but released?

Lovely and engaging shot of a captive bird. Perfect s/s for a motionless head but motion in the wing tips. Good light. Pity about the tracking aerial/handlers thong at tail of bird and cut off wing tip. Aesthetics and personal taste.
