Thanks for the comments
I was panning following the skater, and used a fairly long exposure to get some motion blurr
I assume VR tries to stabilize the lens, and that's how come the faces of the model look separated rather than a continuous flow |

great LA kind of a scene, with everything in motion, either true or forced by the camera, and only the dog minding the photographer. |
