Greetings from the Critique Club.
First off. Nice title and nice photo for the challenge. People who live in cities were at a disadvantage for this challenge and I think you met the challege the best you could.
First off I like the star effect you got with some of the lights. Looking that you had a 25 sec exposure time with an f/10 suggests that a smaller aperture created the star like affect un less of course you used a star effect filter. It worked well either way. You should also consider yourself lucky to have a camera that can do low ISOs. Much to popular belief it is wiser to use a lower ISO for low light shots than a larger one. There is hardly any noise in this picture. The composition is very nice and I like how you have the tall buildings step down to the smaller one in the middle. I think the only thing I would improve with this photo is the focus. Focusing at night is very difficult if this photo were a little sharper it would be better in my eyes. Good work and good luck with future challenges. |

| A lit up city is beautiful and you captured this one beautifully. Great job of framing it with the taller buildings. Makes the one in the middle almost look like a crown. The lights on the street really add to this. A well deserved 8 for your work. |

| Nice city shot. I like the composition, but the colouring is a little bit brownish. Some work on the hue/saturation, etc. would brighten it up a little. |

| I think that this could be quite beautiful but has some focus issues. If you used a star filter I like the affect. |

| I like the photo generally. Makes me wish my star filter wasn't on backorder. I don't like the little flares coming off the top of the buildings though. -Inspzil |

| Cities look their best when photographed at night. This is a very pretty shot - colors and focus are very nice. Some day I will get around to trying my hand at this. |

| Great cityscape! The exposure may have been a touch too long the smoke rising from the building almost makes it look there are ghosts amid the tops of the building. The prominent focus in this shot is the slightly off centered well lit up building. I would have probably moved this up a bit ans over to the left a little more. Overall great capture.7. |

| It's a lovely city-scape shot, very well executed. I won't take away points for this not being a mountainous yada yada yada, but others might....The flag in the upper right corner is a nice touch. 7 Swash |

| not quite what i was looking for in the landscape challenge (my interpretation is more along the lines of more nature than buildings) but i can see where you are going with this so i won't deduct much for it. for a cityscape photo, i think yours is very well done. it's sharp throughout and the taller buildings at the left and right frame the photo nicely. i especially like the starburst on the one light in the middle. did you use a filter or simply a very small aperture? the rame also works really nice. good work! :) |

| Witty title and pretty good exposure. The framing and composition work well (tall buildings on each edge and some interest in the centre and foreground. Did you have a filter to get the star effect around the lights or is your camera lens naturally gifted - they look very good. Well done. |

| ah a city scape, nice photo but no land, i would give it a better mark if you hadn't overexposed some of the lights 4 |
