 Challenge 99

Photographing this has been on my Bucket list for many many years. I arrived here the day before and the weather was atrocious. Rain, thunder & lightning so I moved on thinking this would be a waste of time & drove another 50 odd kilometres away. I could not believe it the following morning when I opened the curtains & saw a cloudless day. I could not get back there fast enough driving through dense fog & mountain pass roads. This photo was taken around 8:00am. I really should have got there earlier when the sun was coming up.

Post challenge: Wow for only the third time, I have managed to go through the challenge without a single comment
