 Before school started, I woke up a bit earlier to take this picture because I noticed the sun makes a cool path through the forest in my backyard. For the 'parts' I just used a part of my dock that looked weathered and 'cottagy.'

I just hightened the levels a bit on Adobe photoshop, added the black and white with a tint of brown ect. ect....

A strangley interesting shot. A bit on the small side, would have more impact if it were larger. Nice tone, the strong vertical lines hold interest with the jetty bringing the viewer into the picture.

I like the picture, but i think that the dock should be drawing your eyes out across the water. Insteed you eyes drop the to the water because the picture is cropped a littel low.
