Don't really expect this to place, just thought it would be cool.
Was trying, as usual, to come up with something different and realized that there are many things that, when just shown as a part, some people would not recognize. For some reason it struck me funny that the current generation might not recognize a phonograph. I verified this tonight when I asked my 8 year old if she knew what it was. She said, "No." Point made :)
Wish, tho, that this was a member challenge...there is a lot of dust and reflections that I would have cleaned up.
Speaking of reflections...the "groove" reflection is there on purpose. I tried a couple of shots without it, but soon figured that you'd not know what in the world the needle arm was without a frame of reference.
In any case, this had maybe 10 minutes put into it :)
Who knows :) |

Your image had no 1's. That is an amazing accomplishment in itself around here! Good shot. |

Funny, this is the second record player yet! Wonder why people think of this. Cool image though. Interesting lighting. |

Yes, for sure!
Little soft on focus, glare/hot spot detracts as well. |
