Someone asked about the texture in the foreground. It was fabric that was white/transparent, and had cool texture on it. With the lighting plus after the filters and contrast only the texture part is visible.

Nice technique with the foreground and the bottle. The background is distracting. I think I would have flipped the curves and made it all black or a deep crimson with a light source behind the bottle and fading to deep black at the edges.
