 Definitely has a foreground and a background. May be lacking the center layer.... :-) Redondo Pier looking towards Palos Verdes, with a very patient and photogenic pelican who was posing for everyone shooting him with their cell phones and iPads.

Much better layering than many of the images above it. The cloud placement above the pelican is great.

Sad to see this as low as it is.
