In this instance, I like the "painting" filtered look. Nicely done. Sorry I didn't vote in this challenge, but I certainly would have given you higher marks than the average here.

Your picture looks a bit blurry but the colors and composition are very good. I can't tell if you wanted this blurry effect or not. To me, it would have been nicer if the focus was a bit sharper - however, I know it is very hard to get a good focus on something that can run away so quickly!

Great expression, but focus needs to be better.

Is that the Water Color filter that is applied? Guess I'd have to see the original to determine which I liked best. Maybe to centered in the frame.

Nice shot! Good color, excellent cropping. I would like to see a sharper focus used on the deer.

I've never seen this filter applied to a photo this site before. Cool effect, but I wonder if the original would've been better. I still really like it, though!

Cool subject. Interesting technique almost looks like an oil painting.

I have a sinking feeling that this photograph had real potential but was killed in post production.

I'm curious as to why you've used a filter on this image. From what I can tell it looks like a good shot. The color is good and strong, the position of the deer is good, and the background looks like a good natural environment. By using the filter you have basically made the photograph look like a painting, which can certainly be interesting and a neat effect but personally it doesnt do much for me in this particular challenge, sorry.
