In this instance, I like the "painting" filtered look. Nicely done. Sorry I didn't vote in this challenge, but I certainly would have given you higher marks than the average here. |

Your picture looks a bit blurry but the colors and composition are very good. I can't tell if you wanted this blurry effect or not. To me, it would have been nicer if the focus was a bit sharper - however, I know it is very hard to get a good focus on something that can run away so quickly! |

Great expression, but focus needs to be better. |

Is that the Water Color filter that is applied? Guess I'd have to see the original to determine which I liked best. Maybe to centered in the frame. |

Nice shot! Good color, excellent cropping. I would like to see a sharper focus used on the deer. |

I've never seen this filter applied to a photo this site before. Cool effect, but I wonder if the original would've been better. I still really like it, though! |

Cool subject. Interesting technique almost looks like an oil painting. |

I have a sinking feeling that this photograph had real potential but was killed in post production. |

I'm curious as to why you've used a filter on this image. From what I can tell it looks like a good shot. The color is good and strong, the position of the deer is good, and the background looks like a good natural environment. By using the filter you have basically made the photograph look like a painting, which can certainly be interesting and a neat effect but personally it doesnt do much for me in this particular challenge, sorry. |
