So this was the third (or fourth?) day of NYC slippy slidy snowy mess and temperatures in the teens. I arrived at Penn Station and ventured out the front door. I decided I should document the view. Too cold... took one pic.. this one. I went back down underground to walk the two blocks to my office. Seriously there was a whole week where the sidewalks and the temps kept me inside. It's been quite a winter.

Well, the challenge is over. Unfortunately the bad weather is not. Today we have freezing rain on top of four or five inches of snow that fell earlier. No way out. Hahah

Oh well... stupid me.... not a good week, overall. I even had PUT January 21st ON the image in the challenge! And to think I was so worried about being able to FIND the original file on my MAC. I still do have my document of the mess outside, regardless. And thanks again for the comments. Congrats go out to the real winners.

You are so good capturing snowy urban streets. I think your Finding Nemo may be my favorite snow shot of all time. So sorry to see the DQ, but congrats on a fantastic image.

Like this image, don't care for the umbrella. I think that having the couple in the back as a foreground subject might have been better.
